Velocity was founded in 2005 with a simple promise: every promotional program a brand entrusts to us is built, run, and delivered by our own people. No outside agencies, no handoffs, no compromises on quality.
Two decades later, that promise still defines us. The company has grown through referrals, not RFPs — earning the trust of leading brands. Every program runs on a single timeline, with specialists who answer directly to the work.

Sam Garvin
Chief Executive Officer
Sam is a consumer engagement and promotions industry veteran with decades of experience designing and executing large-scale rebate, loyalty, engagement and incentive programs for leading global brands. He founded two international sales promotion companies that have processed more than $5 billion in promotional payments for Fortune 500 clients including Dell, Disney, and Nestlé — one of which grew to $1.4 billion in sales. Sam holds an MIM/MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and is a two-time Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award nominee.
Alice Duran
Director of Account Experience
Alice brings more than three decades of marketing experience, with 15+ years at one of the largest promotion-execution companies globally. Her expertise spans consumer cash-back incentives, rebates, instant coupons, digital promotions, premiums, sweepstakes, employee reward programs, and client management. She's dedicated to understanding each client's unique needs and building consumer loyalty that strengthens long-term partnerships.
Lee Hall
Director of Sales
Lee brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in customer engagement, sales, and business growth within the incentives industry. At Velocity, he partners with clients to turn customer feedback into actionable insights that strengthen loyalty and drive measurable results. Outside of work, Lee competes in pool tournaments and money games, and spends time on the golf course.
Jeremy Sloat
Vice President of Systems Development
Jeremy Sloat has been in software development since the 1990s, working across every aspect of technology. He entered the fulfillment industry in the early 2000s, eventually co-founding Velocity Fulfillment in 2005. For over 20 years, he has crafted web-optimized front-end and back-end solutions to keep Velocity on the cutting edge and efficient for its clients.
Zachary Hauben
Operations Supervisor
Zachary brings innovation and new ideas to the promotion industry, which is constantly evolving. He also brings his experience in aerospace engineering and team leadership. Zachary is continually working on ways to update, modernize and streamline Operations tasks and workflows while guaranteeing the highest quality standards.

Lisa has more than 30 years of customer service experience in the marketing & promotion fulfillment business, bringing extensive expertise to the promotions industry. She specializes in one-call resolution, building consumer confidence, and leading high-performing teams.
